The wide selection of superb Italian and French cheeses is topped by one of the most delicious Mediterranean cheeses – the Croatian sheep cheese from the island of Pug, which was awarded the world´s best sheep cheese last year.
Besides white fish we offer top quality tuna fish and salmon. And our signature speciality is a delicious squid salad, which we prepare using only the very best Adriatic squid.
Fresh and crunchy pastry
Every morning we bake twenty kinds of fresh bread and pastry, such as baguettes, bread, and the typical Balkanise savoury pastry filled with cheese and meat. You are sure to love our puffed pastry burek stuffed with cheese or spinach.
We take care of aging the beef for our restaurant. The meat matures in ideal conditions for 3 – 5 weeks, which prepare it to be in the top condition for consumption. All our meat comes from small family farms.
Olive oils from Istria belong to the absolute world top. We bottle four basic kinds of oils from first class suppliers. One of them is the truffle king and quality food producer Giancarlo Zigante.
Our choice of sausages, fine prosciutto or Croatian kulen will appeal to everybody. Southern European sausages and salami are based on high quality ingredients and interesting flavour combinations. Why not sample out, for instance, our truffle flavoured sausage?
Fruits and Vegetables
Our top fruits and vegetables are transported by air from southern countries. We aim to offer our customers naturally ripe produce of the highest quality. Not only that our fruits and vegetables look beautiful, but they also taste great.
Our wines are both our love and pride. We have prepared a collection of about 150 wines from southern Europe, from renowned Italian and Croatian wine makers. This selection is complemented with trendy French, German and Austrian wines.

Dragica Lukin, the Confectionery Legend
For preparing our confectionery and pastry we rely on tradition and so we invited a Croatian confectionery legend, Dragica Lukin to come to Prague. She has prepared our dessert concept and trains all our cake makers and pastry chefs.
